One of my visits to the "Last Post" ceremony, YpresWelcome to my web site. My name is Tony Norcross and I am a member of the Western Front Association. I have been visiting the battlegrounds of Europe for a number of years, ranging from Waterloo, the Normandy Beaches and Arnhem, but my preference is the WW1 action in Belgium and France. Very much an enthusiastic amateur finds me organising small groups of family and friends on annual visits, more if my webmaster allows. The following sections are my brief notes on some of the sites I have visited over the years. New sections will be added as time (mine and my patient webmaster/wife) allows. These notes are designed to be an aid to anyone, including myself visiting these areas and are not intended as a definitive guide.
