Reiki

The recipient simply lies on a treatment couch and relaxes. If they are unable to lie down the treatment can be given in a sitting position, the main thing is for the recipient to be as comfortable as possible. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through anything, even plaster casts.

Reiki Healing

Reiki Level 1

This level is taught over two 2 1/2 hour session over the space of a week. You will also get a comprehensive manual.

In Level One we will cover:-

History of Reiki
All about Reiki
Principles of Reiki
Self Healing Hand positions
Hand positions on others ( Level one is about self healing and healing can only be done on close family and pets at this level )
Chakra's
Organs of the body
Your Reiki lineage

Your second session includes:-

A re-cap over last weeks work
A meditation
Your attunement
Practical session to help your new found energies flow and help you ground them in.

At the end of the second session you will get your certificate and be a Reiki one.
